Bethesda, MD – Feb. 2, 2011 /PRNewswire via COMTEX American Capital Strategies Ltd. (Nasdaq:ACAS) announced today that on January 31 its portfolio company triVIN Holdings, Inc. ("triVIN") was acquired by DealerTrack Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: TRAK) ("DealerTrack").
