Jerry Tebbutt

Director, UK Mezzanine

Jerry Tebbutt joined European Capital in 2005 as a Director in the London office. He joins the firm from Mezzanine Management U.K., where he was a Director focusing on UK and European investments. Deal responsibilities included origination, structuring, management and exit of portfolio investments. He has been a director, or alternate, in a number of mezzanine and equity portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Mezzanine Management in 1998 Jerry worked for Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance and undertook a secondment to NatWest Markets leverage finance. Jerry is a chartered accountant qualifying with Ernst & Young in 1994.
