Kacy Moutray Ellis

Vice President, American Capital Energy

Kacy Moutray Ellis joined American Capital in September of 2002 and is a Vice President in the Energy Team located in Dallas. She is responsible for executing, managing and exiting investments in companies across the energy sector. Prior to American Capital, Mrs. Ellis worked at Salomon Smith Barney in New York in the Mergers and Acquisitions group. While at Salomon, she completed several M&A transactions for technology, energy, transportation and logistics companies. Following Salomon, she worked at Frost Securities in Dallas in the Investment Banking Group. While at Frost, she worked on M&A, debt and equity transactions of middle-market energy and technology companies.

Mrs. Ellis received a B.A. in Economics and a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
