David Malcarney

Vice President, Equity Capital Markets

David Malcarney joined American Capital in 2004 as a financial analyst focused on corporate forecasting and strategic planning. Mr. Malcarney was promoted to Vice President of Equity Capital Markets in 2011 and focuses on structuring and raising equity for private funds and new business initiatives, as well as providing investor support to existing managed funds. Prior to joining American Capital, Mr. Malcarney was a financial analyst in the corporate finance group of ZweigWhite & Associates, where he advised on mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts and valuations of middle market firms in the engineering and construction industries.

Mr. Malcarney is a graduate of Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
