Adam Stern

Principal, Buyouts

Adam Stern joined American Capital in May 2005 as an Associate in the Dallas office.  Prior to joining American Capital, Mr. Stern worked in Dallas at The Riverside Company, a New York-based private equity firm focused on the middle-market. Before The Riverside Company, he worked at two private equity firms in New York, Park Avenue Equity Partners and The Chart Group, and at the investment banking division of Lehman Brothers in the Natural Resources and Power Group.

Mr. Stern graduated with high honors from the University of Texas' McCombs School of Business, where he earned a BA in Accounting and a MPA in Taxation. He has passed all four parts of the certified public accountancy exam.
