Yaniv Zief

Vice President, Special Situations

Yaniv Zief joined American Capital's Special Situations Group in 2006. Mr. Zief is actively involved with American Capital's investments in Paradigm Precision Holdings, LLC and Pan Am International Flight Academy

Prior to joining American Capital, Mr. Zief was a member of the investment team of Equity Group Investments, LLC, a Chicago-based private investment firm led by Samuel Zell, focusing on distressed debt and opportunistic private equity investments across various industries. Mr. Zief also held a Summer Associate Position with CarVal Investors, an investment firm specializing in distressed investments.

Mr. Zief earned an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and holds an L.L.B. in Law, magna cum laude, and a B.A. in Business Administration (Finance) from the Interdisciplinary Center in Israel.
