Anuj Khanna

Vice President, Operations

Anuj Khanna joined American Capital’s Special Situations Group in 2007. He is involved actively with the firm’s investments in Halex Corporation, Unique Fabricating and NECCO Realty Investments. Mr. Khanna currently serves on the Board of Directors at Halex Corporation and Unique Fabricating and previously served on the Board at The JPDM Group.

Prior to joining American Capital, Mr. Khanna was an Associate in the Restructuring Group at Evercore Partners and an investment banking Analyst at UBS Los Angeles. He also held a Summer Associate position in the Corporate Restructuring Group of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.

Mr. Khanna received an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, a J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law and a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
