AMERICAN CAPITAL DECLARES DIVIDEND OF $0.49 PER SHARE 14% INCREASE OVER THIRD QUARTER OF 1999
Bethesda, MD -- American Capital Strategies, Ltd. (Nasdaq:ACAS) today announced its Board of Directors has declared a third quarter 2000 dividend of $0.49 per share, payable on October 2, 2000 to record holders as of September 15, 2000. This dividend is a 14% increase over the third quarter 1999 regular dividend of $0.43 per share.
