(Nasdaq:ACAS) today announced its Board of Directors has declared a second quarter 1999 dividend of $0.43 per share, payable on June 30, 1999 to record holders as of June 21, 1999. This dividend is a 5% increase over the previous quarter's regular dividend of $0.41 per share.
